Refund & Cancellation Policy

All financial transactions processed on the TRADE246 platform that includes deposits, account funding, etc. are considered final once funds are successfully transferred from your payment provider to TRADE246.

• Once a deposit or platform transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded.
• If funds are deducted from your bank account during a failed or uncompleted transaction, the refund timeline depends entirely on your issuing bank or payment provider's processing policies. TRADE246 holds no responsibility or control over third-party banking processing times for failed transfers.

• Deposited funds and active account balances are strictly non-refundable.
• Withdrawal requests go through our standard identity checks and are processed according to our regular payout timeline.
