TRADE246 Terms & Conditions

You are required to review this document carefully before executing trades on TRADE246. Compliance with these rules is mandatory. Any breach of these terms may result in immediate enforcement measures, including account suspension, trade cancellation, forfeiture of profits, account termination, or legal prosecution where applicable. TRADE246 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and continued platform use constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

• Unfair Trading Practices: Engaging in unfair trading practices, manipulative strategies (including "Chamka" or unauthorized line trading), or insider trading is strictly forbidden. Involvement in any of these practices will lead to immediate account deactivation and position liquidations.
• Cross-Trading & Shared IPs: Executing trades from matching IP addresses across multiple user accounts or initiating cross-orders between linked IDs is prohibited. If cross-trading or shared IP activity is detected, TRADE246 reserves the right to cancel and remove profitable trades without advance warning.
• VPN & Proxy Usage: Utilizing Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxies, or IP-cloaking tools while connected to TRADE246 platforms is strictly prohibited. Any trades placed or executed while connected through a VPN will be deleted, and associated gains will be revoked.
• Unauthorized Hedging: Opposite position hedging across accounts or within the same platform instance is not permitted. Attempting to hedge positions may result in restricted order execution or account termination.
• Unapproved Group Trading: Coordinated trading activities across multiple client accounts ("group trading") are prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by TRADE246 management. Unsanctioned group trading will lead to account suspension.

• Credential Confidentiality: Your account access credentials are strictly personal. Sharing account access or allowing third-party account managers to execute unauthorized trades on your behalf is a violation of platform policy.
• Enforcement: Account misuse will result in immediate account suspension and a freeze or block on remaining platform funds pending internal review.

• Pricing & Execution Standard: All market orders, limit orders, and stops are executed based on real-time Bid/Ask market quotes, never on the Last Traded Price (LTP). Order execution rates may vary during periods of fast markets, illiquidity, or high volatility.
• Invalid Pending Orders: Stop orders (such as Buy Stop or Sell Stop) placed without an underlying open position, or placed for quantities exceeding your current position size, are invalid. System logic will automatically reject or fail to process these orders.
• Technical Glitch Reporting: If you experience technical disruptions, system latency, or platform errors, you must notify TRADE246 support immediately with your User ID, system logs, and screenshots. In confirmed technical fault events, TRADE246 will assist in closing out affected positions at the Current Market Price (CMP).
• Dividends & Corporate Actions: Open positions in equities or stock-derived instruments subject to corporate actions (including dividends, rights issues, or stock bonuses) will be forcibly closed by the system prior to the effective ex-date.

• Margin Maintenance Obligations: Traders are solely responsible for monitoring account equity and maintaining adequate margin coverage to support open exposures. Failure to meet margin requirements will trigger automatic position liquidations.
• Negative Balance Protection: TRADE246 enforces negative balance protocols designed to limit client deficit exposure up to a 30% stop-out threshold. If market gaps cause account losses past this level, TRADE246 reserves the right to take administrative action to adjust and restore balance parameters.
• Payout & Settlement Delays: Withdrawal processing times are subject to external banking networks, liquidity providers, and payment gateway clearing delays. TRADE246 is not liable for withdrawal processing holds caused by third-party financial institutions.
